Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc)-(Freshers/Experienced)
  • General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) Qualification(Freshers/Experienced)
  • German Language Levels A1, A2 & B1 certificates

Recruitment Process

  1. The candidate needs to send all the documents (10th, 12th, degree scorecard, degree certificate, experience certificate)
  2. The documents are sent to the Govt of Germany for verification and selection process.
    After verification sends a letter of invitation indicating the deficit of nurses in Germany and also to which hospital they are being selected
  3. After receiving the letter, the candidates are subjected to 3 rounds of interview by the hospital.
  4. After selection by the hospital the candidate is sent an appointment letter and is processed for visa processing.
  5. After reaching Germany the candidate would be given a test on the profession which can be easily passed.

Step by step process for nurses and timeline

Step 1Consultation with partner in home country and submit documents* of Initial review2 weeks
Step 3We will apply for equivalency of degree or license (Anerkennung)15-18 weeks
Step 4After completion of A2 level, initial interview will be conducted by employer and pre contract will be offered.
Nurses start further studying the B1 level German.
After Successful completion of B1, final work contract will be offered.
2-3 weeks
Step 5We will forward all the required documents and apply for work visa from home country (we will guide on the process)2 weeks
Step 6Waiting time for visa approval – Arrive in Germany and start working as Nurse in Germany4 to 6 weeks
Step 7Our team will arrive in airport and guide you from there and help with accommodation, city registration, bank account opening etc.
